Ordering a Lifeprint is a very simple and secured process, just follow 3 simple steps.
Step 1 UPLOAD
Upload your photo or choose your preferred image from our Lifegallery. After choosing your preferred size, click 'Add To Cart'.
Step 2 REVIEW REVIEW REVIEW
Review your shopping cart and click 'Check Out'. Review your delivery Information and let us know should you have specific requirements under the 'Comments' column. Click Continue. Review you order and click 'Confirm Order'.
For international customers, pls click on the 'Request international shipping quote' button. For custom sizes, pls contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 3 CONFIRM ORDER
Upon confirming your order, an email will be sent to you.
Click on the link to make payment via credit card or Paypal.

Click on the 10% Deposit Preview button (under 'Payment Method' column) to see a preview of your treated photo.
Step 3 CONFIRM ORDER

Upon receiving payment, our artists will work on your image and send you your preview within 24 hours!

What Photograghs can be used?
You may choose to use photographs of any subject matter, Portraits, Group Shots, Pets, Landscapes. As long as the image is of good quality. On the other hand certain images work better with certain treatments, get in touch with us for a free consultation.
What should I send?
We accept photographs in both hard or soft copy. You may easily upload your image via our website or you can also send your image via email (as a guide a file size of 3Mb or higher will be most ideal and saved in a format such as JPG or TIFF) Alternatively you may send us your hard/soft copy by post.
Do I have to pay in full up front?
The Customer will be required to pay in full for direct prints. However you will only need to make a 10% deposit for popart portraits (Lifestyle). Full payment is required only after the artist proof is accepted by you. Even after receiving your goods we offer a full money back refund if you are in any way unsatisfied.
What are my payment options?
LifeCanvas currently processes most of our payments online through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal payments. Please contact us if you would like to pay via cheque or bank transfer.
When will I receive my canvas?
We strive to deliver all canvases within 5 working days upon receipt of your order and payment.
Do you return original images?
Yes, all original imagery sent to LifeCanvas will be returned. We ensure that we will take extreme care to protect your original image, however, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and recommend copies be made prior to sending.
Can you manipulate images?
Yes, we can change colour images into black and white, manipulate colours, repair cracked or ripped prints, increase contrast, anything to enhance your canvas prints.There will be an element of image manipulation determined by our designers to achieve the best results based on our experience. All final prints are determined by the quality of the original. We endeavour to produce the best quality print from your artwork and cannot be held liable for any blemishes from the original image.
Do you make canvases in custom sizes?
Definitely. We customise make our frames to suit any size you require.
Cropping
We will artistically crop your image so it works with the proportions of the canvas size you’ve selected. Sometimes the image you send us just won’t work in the finished size you selected. If that’s the case we’ll call you with an alternative solution. If you prefer, we can crop and reproduce only a portion of your photo.
How dose the pricing works?

What is Gallery Wrap?
A Gallery Wrap is when your image wraps around the sides of the frame. The actual picture follows all the way round. A Colour Wrap is when the edges are left white or in a flat colour of your choice.
Will the colours on my canvas print be the same as what I see
on my monitor?
We do not guarantee exact colour match, as on-screen colour appearance may vary depending on your monitor settings.
What is so special about a canvas print?
The natural texture, depth and brilliance of a canvas print is wonderful and the print reflects light in different directions as opposed to a standard flat print. Canvas doesn't need to be framed with protective glass so the image can be seen clearly without irritating glares and finally Canvas prints are tougher and far more durable than paper prints.
